1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the aaaph platform at aaaph.lat (the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the aaaph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of aaaph after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the aaaph Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from any gambling platform or barred from gambling under any applicable regulatory order.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

aaaph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity ("KYC") at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited without compensation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the aaaph Platform. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. aaaph staff will never ask for your password.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying aaaph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

aaaph uses OTP-based mobile verification to protect accounts. You must keep your registered Philippine mobile number active and updated at all times, as it serves as the primary recovery method for your account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

aaaph currently supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise specified by a specific payment method.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification.
• Processing times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes, available 24/7. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.

aaaph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests or transactions flagged by its anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Such reviews may temporarily delay processing. Funds sourced from illegal activities will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by aaaph are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, and game restrictions communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be wagered the stated number of times (wagering requirement) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or abusing bonuses through coordinated multi-account play is prohibited and will result in forfeiture and account suspension.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games on the aaaph Platform — including slot games, live bingo, live casino tables, and fishing games — operate under certified random number generator (RNG) systems or use live physical game equipment for live dealer titles. Return-to-player (RTP) rates are published within each game's information panel.

Players agree to use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment only. Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated bots, engage in collusion at live tables, or manipulate game outcomes through technical means constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aaaph Platform:

• Registering or allowing a person under 21 years of age to use your account.
• Operating multiple accounts or facilitating multi-accounting on behalf of third parties.
• Money laundering, fraud, or using the Platform to disguise the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other technical tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account controls.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or unfair play at live casino or bingo tables.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aaaph staff or other players through the Platform's communication channels.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any portion of the aaaph software or content.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

aaaph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All players have access to the following tools via their account settings, without needing to contact support:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable by the player.
• Session time reminders: Configurable alerts after a specified time period has elapsed.
• Cooling-off period: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 30 days, effective immediately upon activation.
• Self-exclusion: Permanent or extended account suspension, which cannot be reversed until the self-imposed period expires. Requests for self-exclusion are processed immediately.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the aaaph Platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of aaaph or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No portion of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of aaaph.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aaaph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from unauthorized access to your account where you failed to maintain password confidentiality.
• Interruptions to service caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet service disruptions, or regulatory actions.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Inaccuracies in game information published by third-party game providers.

In all cases, aaaph's aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

aaaph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, regulatory requirement, or inability to complete satisfactory KYC verification. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits minus any withdrawn amounts will be returned via the original payment method after investigations are concluded.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the aaaph Platform shall first be referred to aaaph's customer support for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate Philippine judicial or regulatory authority having jurisdiction.

13. Amendments to These Terms

aaaph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
